Erasing your personal data

You may ask us to erase your personal data at any time. If you contact us with such a request, we will erase all your personal data we have without undue delay, unless we need your personal data to meet contractual and legal obligations or to protect our legitimate interests.

Buyer account cancellation

If a buyer has placed an order, we must keep his/her order data for at least 10 years after the account is cancelled.

Rectifying your personal data

Data security

We only store your data on our own or dedicated servers in the data centre at Voatt s.r.o., with which we have concluded a contract in accordance with the GDPR rules on the processing of personal data.

We use secure HTTPS protocol for data and file transfer. We follow the necessary and reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure the safe storage of such data.
