Purchasing goods
In order to execute (manufacture) your order, we need to know and further process your personal data. We process such personal data solely for the purpose of completing your order and we obtain them from you solely on the basis of your registration at www.crawler-shop.eu or, as the case may be, entering of your data on the shopping cart website.
The processing time of such data is the time of processing your order plus a minimum of 10 years, as required by the law.

If a buyer has placed an order, we must keep his/her order data for at least 10 years after the account is cancelled.

Data security
We only store your data on our own or dedicated servers in the data centre at Voatt s.r.o., with which we have concluded a contract in accordance with the GDPR rules on the processing of personal data.
We use secure HTTPS protocol for data and file transfer. We follow the necessary and reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure the safe storage of such data.
