How to proceed if you need to replace your garment with another product or you need different size?

Return the goods to us with the completed Exchange form. The return address is: CRAWLER CZ s.r.o., Boženy Němcové 176, 538 51 Chrast u Chrudimi, Czech Republic.

If your order has been delivered to you via DHL, please contact the DHL office at the place of delivery for further instruction. The shipping costs are paid by the seller (Crawler s.r.o.).

If your order has been delivered to you via Zásilkovna or its contractual partner (not DHL!), you can return the goods from your country for free using our Return Parcel Service.

  1. Pack the unsuitable garment with the completed Exchange form in a box or a non-transparent sachet.
  2. Attach the Return Label that came with your package. If your Return Label is no longer available, the address list can be found in this document.
  3. Then you can send it by any local carrier/post. The price depends on the selected carrier/post. It is not possible to use cash on delivery! The shipping price from your country to the Czech republic is paid by the seller (Crawler s.r.o.).

Attention – In case of returning from Austria, you must use Austrian Post only.

It may take several days to return your parcel to us. As soon as it arrives, we will look into your request immediately. You will receive an email from us confirming the receiving of the return parcel and with the deadline for processing your request, which is a maximum of 5 working days.

Note: Return parcels from Ukraine are handled individually. In case of returning from Ukraine, please write us an email to sales@crawler-shop.eu

It may take several days to return your parcel to us. As soon as it arrives, we will look into your request immediately. You will receive a receipt from us regarding the credit note. We will refund the money to your account within 5 working days.

Please note that goods that have been customized (tailor-made) cannot be returned. In this case, we will be happy to arrange product modifications to meet your expectations.

Your own color combinations within our range of colors/patterns are not considered as custom made.
